Payment terms will be specified in your quotation and contract. For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the works. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

4. Project Timelines

Project start dates and estimated completion dates are provided in good faith. We will make every effort to meet agreed timelines, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

5. Insurance & Liability

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for consequential losses. All work is carried out in accordance with current building regulations and industry standards.
